Help for Overwhelm, Stress & Pressure
As with all flower essences, the emotions they affect can rise up during the treatment process, I suggest people use an emotional relase technique if this occurs. All Bach remedies are excellent and Elm is really helpful when experiencing Overwhelm and pressure.
