Bach Original Flower Remedies White Chestnut is a natural flower remedy designed for those who cannot prevent thoughts, ideas, arguments which they do not desire from entering their minds. Thoughts which worry and will remain, or if for a time thrown out, will return. The presence of such unpleasant thoughts drives out peace and interferes with being able to think only of the work or pleasure of the day.
Comes in a handy, portable dropper bottle. Take an individual essence based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences using our mixing bottle.
Full ingredients
White Chestnut Flower Essence, Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of White Chestnut.

Directions:
Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.

Really works for anxiety
This has a very subtle effect but a couple of drops in water and I realise I feel calmer and more peaceful. It’s not dramatic and I am always open minded about these kind of remedies but can honestly say this has helped and I would always keep it in.
