Gentle scent and calming effect
This balm has a gentle scent and feels ver calming. I apply it on my temples, wrists and beneath the nose. Would definitely recommend it if you’re seeking a calm way of getting ready to sleep.

Greasy, but lovely smell
Maybe psychological, but this product appears to make me wind down before sleeping. However, I did not like the greasiness on my pillows so I have rated it down on that alone.
