My new must have
I bought these magnesium flakes as I'd heard that they were better than Epsom salts, I found them immediately beneficial in relaxing my muscles. I've only used the oil spray a couple of time, it seems good too.

Great value for money
I read about the health benefits of magnesium chloride to add to the bath and also magnesium oil to put on my skin. This offer was great value getting both together.

Love the flakes
Spray sounds ideal, I bought to try as my favourite flakes were free gift. Disappointed with the spray applied to feet and calves before bed. I stuck to the sheets very messy I didn't seem to apply too much it just didn't absorb
