Effective. Easy to apply - I use on my legs and toes and it helps to relieve muscle cramps. It’s a tingly but that’s evidence that I'm magnesium deficient.

Good for helping with aching muscles
The magnesium gel is very good for treating aching muscles. If you want magnesium to sleep better use the magnesium sleep lotion.

I use this regularly. I notice in one review they said it made them tingly, and itchy. THIS IS A SIGN. YOU NEED MAGNESIUM....you could buy the mag oil for sensitive skin or dilute main strength 50/50. I use mag gel and mag oil.very good help relax muscles and aids get…
