Review of Beurer DreamLight Sleep Aid SL10

Even without the breathing exercise (recommended) and just looking at the blue light fading in and out is calming and leads to keeping it hard to keep your eyes open. This leads to drifting off peacefully with your mind emptied of everything but the soft light.
