Fabulous device
This is a fantastic relaxation device. I measure garmin stress (based on HRV) and this Beurer device is very successful for me bringing me out of fight or flight and back into parasympathetic.

This product is brilliant - the vibrations remind me of a purring cat - with the app I have managed to improve my breathing , feel more chilled than stressed & have noticed my blood pressure is reduced following use - great purchase - highly recommended

Waste of time and money and long wait for a refund
I thought this would help my daughter's stress problems but opened it to find it had marks all over it as though someone had been handling it before. As for being relaxing, think again! It's noisy and how it can help you train your breathing is beyond me. Of course, this …
