Helps with rehydration.
Dioralyte does help to re-hydrate you. I had a stomach bug and didn't realise I was getting dehydrated - I woke up with an elevated heart rate, which can be a symptom of dehydration. I did go to A&E but before that I was sipping Dioralyte and throughout the waiting period. I…
