Very useful
This is so useful. Used to have to grind my own oat flour from porridge oats. Use it with porridge oats to make a crumble topping, oat cakes and nut loaf.

does the job
has worked just fine as a neutral gluten-free flour for me. probably a bit pricier than worthwhile if you have a blender and oats (making your own oat flour is quite easy), but purchased on sale + having it ground already is a nice little convenience. would recommend.
