So very bitter!
Very disappointed & surprised. I've been drinking sleep inducing tea containing valerian for years, I usually buy Dr Stuart's and Hampstead's because they have a high percentage of valerian. H&B stock neither so along with my other shopping I bought this! Absolutely horrid…
