been using this item for around 3 months now and can't believe the difference its made. I've used similar products before with little change, but would definitely recommend these.

Fantastic
Bought these to give them a try. And straight away noticed I wasn't even hungry. Could have tiny meals and be satisfied. And no snacking what so ever. Very impressed will certainly be buying more. And great as basically got two bottles for the price of one.

Good product
I felt a difference by the second day. Not as hungry. My only concern is having to go to the loo more and quick.
