Great Product
I really like this product it could do with being a little thinner for my teeth as it gets stuck occasionally but I’m persevering due to no plastic in this product or packaging.

Not great quality for the price, threads separate easily and charcoal comes off on fingers and nails. Very hard to floss with, not very thick. Was easy to order to store

Disappointing- they’ve changed the product!
Disappointing- this isn’t the same product as we bought 12 months ago. It frays and snaps leaving shreds caught between our teeth. The previous purchases never did!

Horrible product
I used to buy this floss and was happy with it. This time, the quality was much worse. It took me 2 days to get it out of my teeth. I binned both refills after that.
