Excellent Product
Provides fibre for a calorie restricted diet. I find I need to take 4 capsules per day. Taking less may not give a noticeable result. I particularly like the fact that the capsule structure does not include any animal products.

no effect
as i nearly finish the first bottle i haven't seen the effect yet. probably if i finish the the 2nd bottle i will give an update and i will amend my rating
