Pros mentioned
pre diabetic but now normal
My dad used this as he was down as pre diabetc. He has obviously changed his diet so not sure if its that or this has helped. But he has chosen to stay on them atm because his blood sugar test has now returned to normal so it could just just supported it along the way.

Easy to swallow and good value.
I have recently added Chromium to my daily supplements. I haven’t really noticed any benefits as yet however who knows what they’re benefiting on the inside. The tablets are good value and easy to swallow. Well recommend.

Helps with weight
Only just started these. Time will tell if they work. But i fully trust H&B so I'm hoping for good results
