Difficult to mix
I find the actual drink delicious, however very difficult to mix, to counter this I put it in the blender and this helps solve the problem. Really pleasant drink which definitely helped relax me before bed

Difficult to get smooth
Followed the instructions on the packet each time but still can't manage to make a smooth drink. Seems to have a lot of thickener in it. Tastes like your average packet hot chocolate.

Unpleasant consistency - Too sweet!

Horrible
Bought this as I thought the mix of Camomile and Cocoa would be a change followed instructions to the letter stirred for at least 10 minutes then mashed lumps against the side of cup to try to dissolve taste bland and horrible when I threw it in the sink still full of lumps …
