Always works for me, really feels good if used from the fridge on my arthritic knees. It may seem expensive but a little goes a long way and certainly works.

I purchased this gel after reading other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find it helps to ease muscle pain. There is no unpleasant smell & you just massage into the painful area then leave it to work.

Amazing this gel for arthritis, I just cant do without it when my knees start to play up.I warm the area with a wheat bag then rub the gel in, within a few hours the pain is eased. The best I have found to treat arthritis.
