Instant relief
I have ibs and a very sensitive stomach. Was having flare up, possibly seafood, and these helped immediately, same evening. Ibs meds and activated charcoal didn't seem to work possibly cos they don't have anti inflammatory. Heard a lot about turmeric in past.
