Inulin powder (fibre)

Not to be used in place of a healthy diet. Very easy to take as a fibre boost. It can take a bit of mixing (best to start with a small amount of warm water to disolve). My husband says its completely tasteless, so no need for juice or squash unless thats your prefferenc…
