Seem to be helping!
Was having hot flushes, about 6 or 8 day/night so not loads but enough to feel uncomfortable. Started these about 4 weeks ago and am only having 1 or 2 and not every day. Pleasantly surprised and hopefully if I keep taking they’ll reduce more 🤞🏻
