These seem to be the best menopause supplements I’ve tried. I’ve been taking them for about 6 months now and have felt like my old self on them. Other brands didn’t seem to do a thing but I guess everyone is different.

Can’t fault this. Noticed a difference after 3 days. After a week back to normal no night sweats/flashes. Great to get a decent nights sleep!!!
