The best period cramps cure
I've been using raspberry leaf for the last couple of years. I wish I knew about it 20 years ago! I barely even know when I have my period now. It's brilliant.

This about Rasperry Leaf
This product is the best for me because it work excellent for when I get very bad cramps on my menstrual in the morning and during the night. They are every good. They are only medicinal that have work for me on my menstrual. :) :)

Not suitable for purchase purpose
I bought these about a month ago in the hope of taking them rather than raspberry leaf tea in the final stages of pregnancy. Unfortunately the box states that they are not to be taken during pregnancy so that was a waste of money
