Very good quality rye flakes: chewy, tasty, clean-looking, and not powdery. I eat them raw in a bowl thoroughly mixed with a tiny quantity of soya milk and left for 10 minutes to soften slightly.

Filling and lovely. Deep flavour. Large flakes that cook down well. Ive even used them instead of oats to make overnight in the fridge.
