Dicalcium Phosphate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Calcium Carbonate, Hydrolysed Collagen, L-Histidine, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride, DL-Methionine, Maltodextrin, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense, aerial), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Magnesium Oxide, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Oat Straw, Ferrous Fumarate, Rice Bran, Starch, Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate), L-Glycine, Emulsifier (Acacia Gum), Sucrose, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Tricalcium Phosphate, Vitamin D3.

Directions:

Take one caplet twice daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.

Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150μg daily of Vitamin A are best avoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Store in a cool, dry place.
