Hair Gro is a tablet of apple extract and palm oil extract, standardised to contain 30% tocotrienols. Tocotrienols are in family with vitamin E. The tablet contains additional extract of millet, horsetail, amino acid, biotin and zinc.
The content of biotin and zinc contributes to normal hair growth.

Palm oil extract (Elaeis guineensis L.), apple extract (Malus domestica L.), millet extract (Panicum miliaceum L.), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), capsule material (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), L-methionine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc oxide, D-biotin.

I have noticed a lot less hair falling out now, which is great, as I had post natal hair loss prior to taking these. I’ve been taking for about three weeks so it’s too early to tell if my hair is growing faster. It definitely feels healthier though.
