Not really energy or electrolyte tablets.
Given the name of these tablets I incorrectly thought they were to make an electrolyte drink which could be used post training. In fact they just have a fairly low dose of vitamin C, lower than similar from Lidl but at 4 times the price. No potassium, sodium etc. Taste nice …
