Taking CBD oil

Leave the oil in your mouth for approximately one minute, before swallowing.

If you are new to supplementing with CBD, then you should start with a lower CBD oil dosage and build this up.

The ideal dose will vary from person to person and so give it a go and find out what feels right for you.

Directions:

Put a few drops under the tongue 2-3 times a day. Max 10 drops. Leave the oil in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually build up the dose. This is different for every individual. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Drink water afterwards to help with the taste.
