Directions: Put a few drops under the tongue 2-3 times daily. Max. 10 drops a day. Leave the oil in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually built up the dose. This is different for each individual. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Keep in a dark, cool and dry place.
