After taking one I find I’m already a lot calmer! I’m not as anxious and use these if I think im about to feel anxiety or nervousness. You can take a few in a day but one worked for me.

Favorites gums
I love these chewing gums, which I find better than the mainstream petroleum-based chewing gums you see everywhere. I was afraid that since these are natural they would be less good but it's the opposite and they last longer. I will definitely buy more!
