What a discovery! :)
Kale is a super veg and I tried to drink it in smoothies or eat it boiled, but I couldn't bring myself to enjoy it. I had no idea that it can be so tasty as a crisp! And it's a very satisfying snack, which easily replaces potato crisps for me.
