Beneficial especially with sleep.
I have Fibromyalgia & bought this to try to alleviate some of my symptoms. I have found it to help a little & in particular, sleep. I will carry on using it as it is somewhat beneficial, its a pleasant taste & the spray is very convenient.

Good natural alternative to anxiety medication
I came off my medication I was prescribed to help me deal with the physical side effects of anxiety and this is a really good natural alternative. Although it’s not as effective it still helps to make me feel calm but without the nasty side effects of mediation.
