This is still pure essential oil unlike other oils that are blended which Holland and Barrett started stocking in increasing numbers, unfortunately.

Super refreshing and invigorating!
I really like the sweetness and freshness of the spearmint. It blends well with other oils or is really lovely on its own, but it's not too overpowering, although you can definitely distinguish it if mixed in a diffuser with other oils.

Scent comes through very well, but less is more. A few drops in a diffuser goes a long way.
