These capsules are enormous and very hard to swallow. The previous ones from H&B were much better but now out of stock. Disappointed since it is an expensive product.

Strong and unpleasant smell
I can't say whether this product was any good because I had to return it as the smell was unbearable. And after swallowing, it still lingered for about an hour.
