Works like a charm!
These tablets work very well indeed. I'm on multiple other medications, some of which have sedative effects, so I can't take other products which contain (non-homeopathic) concentrations of valerian. Noctura is perfectly safe to take with my meds, and it works extremely well…

These really work for me
But you have to persevere. Like a lot of homeopathic remedies, it takes some time before they are effective.
