Bought for our granddaughter of 2 and we have noticed after a few weeks that she is calmer , more focused , less toddler meltdowns and sleeping through .

I feel I can't comment on these gummies yet as my son has only been on them two weeks. I have added them to the bed time gummies as my friend recommended them after buying them for her 3 year old.
