These seem to have helped my son fall asleep faster, also is sleeping right through. He was usually up 2/3 times a night or even shouting out in his sleep but seems much more settled.

My daughter has only been taking these for just over a week, so I wasn't really expecting much difference so far. But we have noticed she is slightly more relaxed and calmer around bed time. Hopefully this continues and also improves over time. My daughter takes the gummies …

As a family, we've tried so many different vitamins which the kids reject - or they'll have them for a few days and then suddenly go off them. We've been using Novomins for a few months now, and the kids take them without any objections!
