Much easier to digest than the large magnesium tablets. Very nice texture and taste. Haven’t been taking for long enough to notice a marked difference but I’m hoping they will will help with sleep!

I have always had trouble falling asleep but can defo see a difference already taking these, I am falling asleep quite quickly and not waking up as much. Also feeling less fatigue throughout the day.
