I’m experiencing menopausal sleep issues but am sleeping much better since taking these. I certainly noticed the difference when I’d ran out, which I won’t be doing again. Definitely worth it.

I have been taking these for a while now for nighttime leg cramps and I have found my cramps have greatly reduced. And an added bonus is that these gummies are so easy to take and taste nice!

I’ve been using magnesium gummies for 2 weeks, I was a bit hesitant whether they would work. I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference in my sleep, my mood and I feel more positive. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
