Only been taking these for a week but already noticed improved sleep and energy levels. Taste isn't as good as their other vitamins, but not horrible.

These are a must have if you suffer with PCOS, I have noticed a significant improvement than when I was not on these gummies. Taste is great too

Very happy
Haven’t been taking it for long enough to help with my PCOS however I really like the flavour and is much easier to take than some of the other tablets out there. Would buy again!
