PERFECT
Beautifully clean product with no artificial fillers/ sugars etc this is great if you have IBS. Blends seamlessly into smoothies and even mixes into baking recipes and vegan yogurt (with maple syrup) to up vegan protein sources through the day.

Good if you have IBS and wanna gain some weight
I use this every day. I use 10g + a banana + oat milk. I mix all 3 elements in a nutribullet. I've gained 6 pounds in 6 weeks. Absolutely no unwanted bowel movements and I suffer with IBS. Going forward, I plan to use this as my daily supplement. Hope that helps
