Perfect to take away on my mini break
I take this daily and wanted some to easily be able to take away on a mini break - perfect! It has made a massive difference since I started taking it about 4 months ago - better gut health altogether - recommended.

Tastes really bad!
Haven’t been taking it long enough to feel the benefits. The taste is disgusting though- awful texture too! Was nearly sick drinking it the first couple of times but when mixed with juice it is much easier to take. Will stick with it to see if there are any benefits.
