Very easy and pleasant to take suck, chew or crush
I have been using tissue salts for 40 odd years (new era) used them on my son as a baby ( they wee tiny tablets dissolved with saliva)no crying teething baby. I have used them for childhood illness, number 3, 1st sign of a cold, sore throat the list goes on. Brilliant safe …

I like schuessler salts but to be honest prefer them in spray because it doesn't contain any dary

horrible taste
these used to be tasteless but since they changed the packing they now have a taste like plastic, I am not sure if they safe to eat
