It’s a great product that makes the hair feel and look good without a conditioner and for the timing you just massage it into the hair until you smell the nice smell of the seaweed

This really works well
This is the only shampoo I have found that has eliminated my scalp itchiness and dryness. It works well with the conditioner and my hair feels soft and shiny after use. The smell is a bit clinical, but for the benefit it gives me, I can deal with that!
