This is the only thing that works for me having tried loads of others.yiy cannnotuce the difference in your joints in a week if taking it. The only downfall is that it's expensive but def worth the money.

I have problems taking the powdered form as it upsets my stomach. These are brilliant have been taking for about a fortnight and i can feel the difference. Well worth the money and having the option to have it delivered monthly means its cheaper and i get 5th one free.
