The name says it all
A light mist of this to one side of the pillow. Breath in the aroma for a few seconds and off I go. Can't be without it. Helps me fall asleep when i first go to bed. If i wake during the night and cant fall back asleep I spray again and drift off for several more hours.

This works ..... yes, it really does!
On the first few nights I definitely slept much much better! Fell asleep faster, stick woke a couple of times but felt like I dropped back off quicker. Had a few rough nights since but probably due to interview anxiety and hot flushes etc but will keep going with it - smells…
