My favourite sleepy tea

Very relaxing tea. Although drinking immediately before sleep can result in getting up to go to the toilet in the night, about an hour before still relaxes me nicely and I get a good nights sleep. I am not the best sleeper since hitting the menopause, but this tea definitely…
