Helps with my bloating
I've seen lots of things online about apple cider vinegar helping with bloating so thought I'd give this a go (its a much tastier way of getting it into my diet rather than a tablespoon of the stuff straight!) Definitely helped to make me feel less bloated and sluggish!

Great Taste
I bought this after a referral from a friend. It has a really great taste, very sharp and nice. I found that after about 2 weeks of taking one shot every day i stated to feel less sluggish after lunch. Definitely part of my ongoing daily routine.
