Directions:
Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 300ml of water. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 500-600ml water as two servings, once tolerance has been achieved.

Tastes gross
It does give a powerful kick for a workout but the taste is absolutely vile. Really has to be drunk quickly with your nose held.
