Great for non-fasting days
I love the taste of this beverage, and all the healthy add-ins. I was hoping to incorporate it into my fasting beverage lineup, but unfortunately the agave nectar slightly spikes blood sugar, so I will be reserving it for non-fasting days. If it were this delicious and still…
