Lovely Taste and Texture but...
Love the taste, love the crunchy texture and love most of the ingredients... EXCEPT... the dreaded 'seedoil' canola [rapeseed] whose double bonds make it is so vulnerable to oxidation i.e. rancidity changes... the oxidation products having metabolically toxicity.
