Delicious and satisfying strawberry shake
Delicious filling and satisfying drink. Particularly like the strawberry flavour. Great because I know I am getting the nutrition I need whilst limiting the number of calories. Well recommend it.

It takes a bit of getting used to it can be powdery when you first try it. But I like it, strawberry is best, prefer it to some of the other brands that can be slightly sweeter. If you stick to it, it works really well and helps shed them pounds.

After my first few attempts at this, I wasn't sure I'd be able to chug down the two cartons I got. I found it very thick and slimy. Towards the end of the second shake I was gagging. However, I started to add 50ml extra almond milk, and I didn't heap the scoops quite as much…

Excellent Service, from start to finish!
It took 3 days to arrive from ordering date during Christmas rush. Very impressive! Items were reduced. Would definitely recommend Holland & Barrett.

Delicious only started a couple of days ago so no weight loss yet. Mix and leave for a while to let it thicken.
