Great way to take a supplement
The xtend range of BCAA is a great way to take the supplement it mixes easily and tastes pleasant. The only reason for the 4 stars is that my favourite is blood orange and although I have got used to and enjoy the taste, it’s not yet the same. Holland & Barrett were as effic…

Effective, though potent flavour
I think this has made a genuine difference to me. My only comment would be that the very strong flavour means I have to dilute it in oat milk, and only use half the amount or I simply can’t take it as it upsets my stomach. That aside, it’s been very positive.
