My favourite pre and post work drink
Best BCAA drink for me gives me that energy boost before workout. Also I just love watermelon flavour, this is not too sweet.

One of the best BCAA I’ve used
Great BCAA for regular gym goers. Not to weak, not too strong, just right. I also mix a little bit of this with citrulline malate as a pre-workout and it does good job of masking the citrulline’s bitter lemon flavour.

Great way to take a supplement
The xtend range of BCAA is a great way to take the supplement it mixes easily and tastes pleasant. The only reason for the 4 stars is that my favourite is blood orange and although I have got used to and enjoy the taste, it’s not yet the same. Holland & Barrett were as effic…
